The Oleificio Fratoni produces with passion, knowledge and respect for tradition extra virgin olive oil with a unique flavour thanks to its fragrance and genuineness. A story that began 53 years ago from the ashes of an ancient 18th-century oil mill and has been handed down from father to son.
Thanks to the availability of two types of plant, one traditional with press extraction and one of the latest generation with a continuous two-phase extraction method, we are able to produce different types of oil, both on our own account and for third parties.
We personally take care of every stage of the production process, from the selection of the different varieties of olives, mainly native and Italian, to the extraction in the plant, bottling and shipping.
The excellent quality/price ratio is the strong point of our products, as we are convinced that the pleasure and benefits of olive oil should not be a luxury for the few.
Our flagship product is the "unfiltered" extra virgin olive oil, obtained by blending various types of carefully selected olives, processed within 24 hours of harvesting in order to maintain the characteristics of the fruit; the oil is characterised by a sweet and delicate taste but at the same time intense on the palate.
The quality of the products, the result of years of experience, respect for the land, creativity and innovation have given the oil mill several awards, including 1st prize in the "l'Oro delle Marche 2017" competition for the category "monovarietal oil with a medium fruity taste" for the oil made from the local olive variety "Ascolana Tenera".
The excellence of the Frantoio is not only limited to the production of oil, but also includes many other products derived from the processing of olives, ranging from gastronomy (flavoured oils lemon, chilli, ginger, orange and hemp) to cosmetics (with a line of more than 10 different products based on our oil).
